BIRTH ACCORDING TO YOU  - PRIVATE or GROUP COURSE PROVIDED BY BETH

Customized classes taught in the privacy of your home, catering to your concerns and incorporating your ideals and preferences.  The class covers physical and emotional stages of labor along with comfort measures, common medical procedures, managing skills and relaxation techniques.  Includes exercises in positive communication, visualization, and suggested positioning along with a detailed discussion of pain management options.  The class will also include a short session on how to create a realistic birth plan. 

Fees: Two session course (total of six hours) $220.00

One session course (Recommended as a three hour refresher course, or a course for professionals familiar with labor and delivery) $150.00
